As suggested by its name, this spell creates a deadly avalanche that buries everyone present in a cold, white grave of snow. Luckily, the duration of this spell is only a brief five rounds. Still, being buried beneath such masses of snow is no walk in the park. The victim will not only take damage (10-40 per round, average 25), but he will basically also be unable to move. However, it is not impossible to dig one's way out from below the snow--if one manages to survive long enough.
