By instilling a weapon with energy, the caster is using some of his lifeforce to inflict additional damage upon his enemies. To cast instill, the caster must be wielding the weapon he wants to empower and must be willing to sacrifice a point of constitution. An instilled weapon will inflict an additional 0-10 damage (average 5) and will remain instilled as long as it is readied. Once unreadied, the caster will regain his lost constitution.
