This spell is cast by first shooting forth slightly weakened balls of fire that usually do somewhat less damage (1-50, average 21) than usual. However, every magic projectile carries within it latent energy, which continues to build up. Every few rounds, the caster can release this energy, creating a delayed blast fireball that explodes in a scorching conflagration, doing incredible amounts of damage (1-75, average 37.5).
