This spell allows you to establish a mind link to a dragon and (politely, to say the least) suggest a suitable target to attack. If your suggestion is deemed wise, the dragon will encompass the area below in scorching flames, doing 10-60 damage (average 30) to all present. Obviously, this spell can only actually be cast while riding a dragon, but it can be prepared beforehand.
