The mightiest of all summoning spells, greater planar ally can summon some of the most powerful creatures from any dimension. Invincible, immortal, and extremely powerful, these creatures are more than a match for any foe crazy enough to battle them. However, they are as unpredictable as they are deadly, and the level of control a summoner has over one of these beings is minimal. They will serve him while he is nearby, but will escape to their home planes as soon as the summoner turns his back. A list of greater planar allies follows, but remember that creatures whose alignment or nature differs too much from yours cannot be summoned (this is determined by your race). Furthermore, only one greater planar ally can be by your side at any time.
