The caster uses his sheer will with this spell to distort the area, and uses this against everyone present. Anyone in the area of the caster will suddenly have a feeling of vertigo, and will receive 1-45 points of damage. 1 in every 5 people hit with vertigo are so shaken up, that they will not be able to attack the next round. However, 1 in 10 people will have no ill feelings from the vertigo. The caster will ensure that allies are not affected by the vertigo.
